Additionally, the permit grants access to venue staff who can assist with small tasks—such as setup, troubleshooting, or brief inquiries (not exceeding 20-30 minutes)—helping photographers focus on their services.

Important Notice:
All permits purchased are non-refundable once the sale is completed. This policy is in place because event amenities, services, and arrangements are planned, arranged, and added based on revenue generated from permit sales.
